Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chart AI: Trade, Stock Scanner mobile application (the "App"), operated by Osman Tufekci ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

You may use the App only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interfaces we provide.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers purchases and/or auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Payments are processed by Apple; refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Osman Tufekci and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osman Tufekci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
