Purchases and subscriptions in the App are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple's handling of your payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Third-party services used by the App process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function, and we never sell your personal information.

This Website

Where this website offers a launch-notification signup, we store the email address you submit solely to notify you about Chart AI: Trade, Stock Scanner, until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Where this website offers a contact form, we store your message and email address to respond to you. Both are kept on the website platform's infrastructure on our behalf, are never sold, and can be deleted on request via admin@osmantufekci.com.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the App's functionality.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
